6. hOw TO INSERT BATTERIES
Note
Minimize the volume of the mixer or amplifier connected to
the receiver before opening or closing the case.
Step 1. Rotate the lock ring in the arrow direction shown at
right, then pull the battery case down to open the
battery compartment.
Step 2. Turn off the power switch.
Step 3. Insert two AA batteries noting correct polarity.
Step 4. Replace the battery case, and lock the lock ring.
The operation section is backlit while the battery case is
open, and its light goes out when closed.

The battery indicator lights green when the battery is fully charged,
and turns into orange followed by red as the battery becomes
weaker. Subsequently, the battery indicator starts flashing red,
then signal transmission will be stopped soon. When the indicator
lights red, replace the batteries with new ones.
The power indicator also flashes when the battery indicator is
flashing red.

Notes
• Operating time varies depending on the condition of use such
as ambient temperature.
• The indicator flashes green if the microphone is set to an invalid
group/channel for which no usable frequency is assigned.
