Kitchen Timer
1. Press the timer symbol to enter into the timer feature.
2. Press UNIT to change numbers. Press to confirm.
3. After selecting the last number, press to start the timer.
4. Press to switch back into scale mode. The timer will continue to run. Press
to switch back into timer mode.
5. To reset the timer, press and hold while in timer mode.
6. Press to turn off the alarm.
Bluetooth Smart wireless technology allows for the Transtek Kitchen Scale to
automatically send weight measurements to your iPhone or iPad for enhance
functionality. Download the app from the APP Store.
Bluetooth Smart
* The controls are touch sensitive.
* Light contact with the surface of the controls will activate them.
* Pressing hard on the controls will cause the scale to malfunction.
* You must operate the controls with bare hands.
Touch Sensitive Controls
The scale will turn off after 5 minutes of inactivity to save battery.
Automatic Shut-off
* The backlight will turn on when adding items onto the scale.
* The backlight turns off automatically after 18 seconds of inactivity.
Blue Backlight Display
* To silence the confirmation beeps press and hold UNIT .
* The kitchen timer alarm will not be silenced.
* To reactive the confirmation beeps press and hold UNIT .
Sounds
* Use and stow the scale at room temperature.
* Use on a flat, level and stable surface.
* The sclae is an instrument of precision. Do not submit the scale to shaking, excessive
vibration or other rough treatment.
* The display may be affected by electromagnetic disturbances such as radios,
microwaves or cell phones. If such disturbances occur, remove the source of the
disturbance and restart the scale.
* Disassembling or tampering with the scale will void the warranty.
* Clean the scale with dish soap and a damp cloth.
* Do not submerge in liquid. The scale is not waterproof.
