Installation
WARNING
Hazardous Voltage!
Failure to disconnect power before servicing could
result in death or serious injury.
Disconnect all electric power, including remote
disconnects before servicing. Follow proper lockout/
tagout procedures to ensure the power can not be
inadvertently energized. Verify that no power is
present with a voltmeter.
1. Ensure all power to the unit has been disconnected and
locked out.
2. Open return section to access return enclosure.
3. Install fresh air module in return enclosure and secure
with four screws provided in kit. See
.
4. On the options module, set the address rotary switches
to 76. This is required to integrate the options module
with the Symbio™ condenser.
5. Connect IMC harness to P5 of the fresh air module.
IMC harness is located within the return enclosure from
the factory.
6. Close the access panel that was opened earlier.
7. Apply the information label next to the unit nameplate.
8. Reconnect all power to the unit. The Symbio™ 700 UC
configuration will need to be updated to enable this
installed feature. Refer to the troubleshooting section in
the unit installation guide, if needed.
