Step 5
- Attach the wall mount bracket to the bottom
support with the two supplied wood screws.
NOTE
: The bracket must be level.
NOTE
: Two supports must be attached to the wall
when installing this kit. 2 x 4 lumber is commonly
used as a support. Always check with local codes for
acceptance.
Step 1
- Determine the location where the air handler
will be mounted.
Step 2
- Prepare the wall by attaching 2 field sup-
plied supports as illustrated. Both supports must be
level and properly secured to support the weight of
the air handler.
Minimum lengths for the supports are: 17.5" for the
top and 24" for the bottom.
Step 3
- Secure the bottom support to the wall, cen-
tering between the wall studs.
Step 4
- Attach the top support to the wall so that it is
centered between the wall stud. The vertical dis-
tance between the supports is 36" on center.
