3. Remove Filter access panel and O/A cover panel

from the RTU. Retain unit screws for attaching
economizer and hood. See

4. Install economizer assembly over the unit’s vertical

R/A opening, then attach the economizer to the RTU
side post using the existing holes in the RTU and
pre-punched holes on the economizer. See

Connect the unit harness to the economizer

harness. See the figure that follows. Additionally,
connect the green, purple, white, and orange loose
wires with male ¼–inch quick connects, next to the
unit harness, to the green, purple, white, and
orange female ¼–inch quick connects from the
economizer controller harness. Install economizer
hood over the economizer assembly. See
