Instructions for using the chafing dish with burner
Check the step-by-step guide to heat up or cool down your food:
• Add hot water (for better temperature efficiency) to the water pan;
• Add the food to the food pan;
• Add gel chafing fuel to the burner;
• Place the burner in the chafing dish burner holder;
• Light the burner;
• Place the damper on the burner to put out the flame;
ATTENTION: to keep food cold, do not light the burner and add
ice to the water pan.
