INSTALLING THE HORNS:
Insert the horn (95) onto the tube and align with the hole in the steer head tube as
shown.
Secure using 1/4-20 x .75 hex bolt (96). Repeat the process on the other side.

INSTALLING THE TAIL:
Insert tail onto the back of the steer and align with threaded holes.
Secure using 2 each 1/4-20 x .750 hex bolts (96).
