Step 4

Fasten the guide plates (6) to the base frame (1) and front legs (4) with bolts
(14), washers (24), and nuts (23). Lift one side of the base to align the hole on
the frame to the hole on each front leg (4), then insert the ring pins (5) into the
hole, and insert the cotter pin (7) into the hole of the ring pin.

Use two bolts (19), washers (26) and nuts (25) to connect the bottom of the
post (3) to the base frame (1).
