Definitions
The following terms are used in this manual:
"Product":
Equipment element or assembly defined on the cover page, supplied
complete in its standard version, or as one of the various models described.
"Installation":
Refers to all the operations required to place the complete product in a
condition for commissioning (or in a condition for connection to other
elements for commissioning), starting from the condition in which the
product is delivered.
"User":
Person or department in charge of management and safe use of the product
described in this manual.
"Technician":
Qualified person in charge of the maintenance operations described and
authorized to the user by this manual; the technician is understood to be
familiar and skilled with the product covered in this manual.
"Operator":
Person or department in charge of operating the product in compliance with
the purpose for which the product is designed.
Pictograms used in this manual:
"DANGER"
: indicates remarks intended to prevent fatal, serious or minor injury to
persons, or damage to the environment.
"IMPORTANT"
: indicates remarks intended to prevent a failure or damage to the
product, but not directly endangering the life or health of the
operator or any other person, or representing a risk of damage to
the environment.
"NOTE"
: indicates remarks concerning precautions to be taken to ensure
efficient and safe installation, use and maintenance of the equipment.
