Operation

Before using this product read these instructions carefully.

Make sure the snow blower is mounted and fixed properly to the power unit. 

If in doubt contact Tracmaster on 01444 247689.

Always wear gloves.

Before commencing work, check that the snow 

blower auger turns regularly.

Best results are obtained with the engine at a high 

throttle setting.

Never put your hands into the chute - stop the 

engine first and use the stick provided to clear the 

chute.

Do not direct the discharge chute towards people 

or objects.

Do not use the machine with damaged or 

disconnected guards and/or safety devices.

Use the skid shoes to adjust the operating height of 

the snow blower - the blade (A) must be mounted 

in such a way as to skim the ground. If the surface 

is uneven or gravel/stones are present, the blade 

should be raised.

Remove pin (B), lower skid shoe (C) and reinstall pin 

(B) in a lower hole (see fig 1).

Turn the discharge chute by turning the control rod 

in the direction the snow is to be thrown (fig 2).
