Features and Controls for the Scale
How to use the scale
Switching ON:
- Press (no.1 on display)
- For a few seconds a start-up screen will be shown
- When the display shows 0.0kg you can start using the scale
Switching OFF:
- Press and hold (no.1 on display) for 3 seconds and the display will be switched OFF.
Zero the scale:
- Press
(no.1 on display) while scale is ON to zeroing the scale.
The
Zero indication
(no.7 on display) will be shown in the display. If 0,0kg and the Zero indication is
allready shown on the display you don´t have to Zero the scale.
Weighing the patient:
- Place the lift on a hard and flat surface, lock all castors on the lift.
- Start the display and wait until 0,0kg and the stability sign is shown on the display before placing the
patient onto the lift.
- Wait until the stability sign is shown and read the weighing result.
Bed transfer:
- If a patient must be moved from the bed onto the stretcher, place the stretcher just beside the bed and
lock all castors. The stretcher can not be i contact with the bed.
- Start the display and wait until 0,0kg and the stability sign is shown on the display before placing the
patient onto the lift.
Important:
- Before using the scale make sure you have read and understood our safety and control instructions.
See table of content.
- Always place the lift on hard and even surface. A thick and soft surface will affect the weighing result.
- When weighing the patient, don´t touch the patient or lift.
It will affect the weighing result.
- The feets can not be in contact with the floor or the legs of the lift.
It will affect the weighing result
- For an accurate weighing result the patient must sit in the middle of the seat.
If you have a strecther or a Combi lift, Never sit on the side parts.
