The TQMa335x UART4 interface is routed to transceiver SP3222E, which provides the signals according to the EIA/TIA-232-F 
Standard at the 9-pin D-Sub connector X15. The handshake signals RTS# and CTS# are also available at X15. 
The UART4 interface is used to output debug information. 
Additional information (e.g.: default baud rate) can be found in the TQMa335x
