Some EAP models only works with certain software version of Discovery Utility. If your Discovery
Utility can’t discover your EAP anyway, try a different software version.

To facilitate access to the EAP via a wired device, you can set a static IP address for the EAP and
remember it well or write it down. But make sure that this IP address is not being used in the same
LAN. For detailed instructions about how to set a static IP address for the EAP, refer to

The DHCP fallback IP address is 192.168.0.254 by default, which you can use to log in to its
web management page when the DHCP server is not available in your network. Follow the steps
below:
1.
Connect the EAP to your computer with an Ethernet Cable.
2.
Assign a static IP address 192.168.0.X (X ranges between 2 and 253) together with the subnet
mask 255.255.255.0 to your computer.
3.
Open a web browser and enter 192.168.0.254 in the address bar to load the login page of the
EAP.
