To select from pre-set channels

Press and hold SEEK-TRACK button until you hear
blip.

Seeking a channel will stop at a channel with good
reception, which is closest to current channel.
To stop seeking channel, press SEEK-TRACK button
again.
To select a track on a music CD, MP3/WMA
Upon playing music, press

To select the reverse track

To select the forward track

To select a scene on DVD or MP3/WMA
The chapter or a track can be selected.
