Repeat the process for the other scissor blade.

10.  Once you have finished sharpening the scissors, press the On/Off switch to the ‘0’ position to 

turn off the knife sharpener. Unplug from the mains and press and hold the auto retractable 

cord button to wind the cord for storage.

Sharpening Screwdrivers: 

Note: 

Only sharpen flat head screwdrivers.

Place the knife sharpener on a flat and stable surface. 

2. 

Insert the plug into a mains power outlet. 

3. 

Press the On/Off switch to the ‘I’ position to turn on the knife sharpener. 

4. 

With one hand holding the handle of the screw driver, hold the knife sharpener firmly for extra 

stability. 

5. 

Use the coarse sharpening guide before the screwdriver slot if the screwdriver head is 

misshapen. Place the screw driver head into the groove to make contact with the grinding 

wheel. Then repeat on the other side of the screw driver head.

Insert the head of the screwdriver into the screwdriver slot until it makes contact with the 

grinding wheel.

Repeat on both sides of the head. 

8. 

Once you have finished sharpening the screwdriver, press the On/Off switch to the ‘0’ position 

to turn off the knife sharpener. Unplug from the mains and press and hold the auto retractable 

cord button to wind the cord for storage.

Rest Times: 

DO NOT use the knife sharpener for more than 30 seconds at a time. 

After 30 seconds of continuous use, rest the knife sharpener for 20 minutes before next use. 

Grinding Wheel: 

• 

The grinding wheel may produce some sparks during use. This is normal. 

• 

If the scissors, knife or screwdriver blocks the grinding wheel during use, or the grinding wheel 

does not turn, remove the object to be sharpened from the guide. Turn the knife sharpener off 

and do not use for at least 20 minutes. 

• 

Failure to do so may result in damage to the appliance.
