3 USING YOUR APPLIANCE 

Before First Use:

1.  Remove your appliance from the packaging.
2.  Before using your appliance for the first 

time, wash all parts that will come into 
contact with food.

3.  Your appliance is now ready for normal use.
4.  Dispose of the packaging in a responsible 

manner.

Using Your Appliance:

1.  Clean the beaters before first use.
2.  Before assembling the mixer, ensure the 

power cord is unplugged from the power 
outlet and the speed selector is in the 0 
position.

3.  Assemble the two beaters into the mixer.
4.  Plug into the power outlet.
5.  Turn the speed selector to your desired 

setting, and the appliance will start working. 
There are 5 settings to choose from.

Warning:

 Do not put metal utensils into the bowl 

when operating.
6.  Do not allow the hand mixer to run for more 

than three minutes at any one time. A 10 
minute rest time is recommended between 
each use.

7.  When you have finished using your hand 

mixer, move the speed selector to the 0 
position, and unplug the cord from power 
outlet.

8.   If necessary you can scrape any excess 

food particles from the beaters using a 
rubber or wooden spatula.

Fitting and Removing the Beaters:

1.  Make sure the hand mixer is unplugged and 

the speed selector is set to 0.

2.  Insert the beaters one at a time. Put one 

beater into a slot, pushing it firmly until it 
locks into place.

Note:

 The beaters can be assembled into either 

slot.
3.  Insert the other beater into the other slot, 

pushing firmly until it locks into place. 

4.  The hand mixer is now ready for use.
5.  Make sure the hand mixer is unplugged and 

the speed selector is set to 0 for removal. 

6.  To remove the beaters from your hand 

mixer, hold the beaters  with one hand and 
press the Ejector button firmly down with 
the other hand and pull.

Note:

 Remove the beaters only at the 0 setting.

Ensure the power cord is unplugged from the 
power outlet before removing the beaters.
Never press the eject button when the appliance 
is operating.
