3 USING YOUR APPLIANCE

Before first use:

1.  Read all instructions in this manual carefully.

The information included in this Manual will
guide you through the versatility of your grill.

2.  Place your grill on a level surface such as

a counter top or table. Be sure the sides,
back and top of the grill are at least four
inches away from any walls, cabinets or
objects on the counter or table.

3.  Remove all stickers from the grill. Remove

drip pan, rotisserie spit, fish baskets, forks
and kebabs and wash them in warm, soapy
water or in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly
before placing in the oven.

4.  The door handle is removable, in order to let

you take it out and clean the inside of unit.
Before you use the oven, please assemble
the handle yourself by clipping onto the
fixing plates on the glass door.

5.  Dispose of packaging in a responsible

manner.

6.  It’s a good idea to keep the outer box for

storage purposes.

Functionality:

1.  When you are ready to use the grill, be

sure that the TIMER Control is in the “Off”
position and unplugged.

2.  We recommend a trial run to familiarise

yourself with your grill and to eliminate any
problem substance or oil that may have
been used for packaging and shipping.

3.  Plug the cord Into a 220-240 volt AC outlet.
4.  Set the TIMER control to 20 minutes.

A small amount of smoke and odour may
be detected. This is normal.

5.  To avoid scratching, marring, discolouration

or fire hazard, do not store anything on top
of the oven, especially during operation.

Rotisserie Set:

Cooking with the Rotisserie set accessories.

Accessories:

Drip tray, spit and 2 x end forks.

1.  Put the drip tray into the base, slide spit

through the meat/poultry. If you are cooking
a whole chicken, insert with the nose facing
up and centralise the weight.

2.  Secure tightly with the two forks, using the

screws.

3.  Insert the spit into the drip tray, align and lift

into the top notch. Ensure you tighten the
screws so that the bird is secured top and
bottom.

4.  Close the door.
5.  Select the timer to cook for one hour. If you

require more cooking time after an hour,
reset the timer.

6.  Remove using oven glove.
7.  Allow to rest breast side down for approx.

10 minutes.

8.  Remove the spit.

NOTE:

When cooking poultry, it may be

necessary to secure legs and wings to the
body with butchers twine to make the roast as
compact as possible for smooth movement of
the rotisserie spit.
