Install the Fuel Tank

1. Glue the fuel tank supports in the fuselage.

2. Install the fuel tank. Choose a muffl er. Stock O.S.
requires more of the cowl to be trimmed. Bisson Pitts type
muffl er shown.

3. Attach one of the fuel lines to the carburetor. Install
the muffl er and attach the fuel line with the plug (pressure
line) to the muffl er. Insert the plug you just removed into the
third fuel line. This will be used as the fi ll line and routed out
of the bottom of the cowl.
Install the Cowl
For electric installation, skip to step 2.

1. Use a piece of paper or cardstock to make a template
for the exhaust tubes.

2. Make and attach templates to locate the four cowl
mounting screws.
