ASSEMBLY
1. Install two 5
” Fix Casters (#15) onto Cross Bar (#14) with Bolt (#12) and Nylon Nut (#3).
2. Attach Tube (#7) to Cross Bar (#14) with Bolt (#6) and Nylon Nut (#3).
3. Then install 5
” Caster (#16) on Tube (#7) with Bolt (#12) and Nylon Nut (#3).
4. Install Outside Upper Tube (#11) on Tube (#7), secure with Bolt (#6) and Nylon Nut (#3).
5. Attach Inside Upper Tube (#8) onto Outside Upper Tube (#11) with Pin (#9) and Clip (#10).
6. Attach Handle II (#5) on the Tube (#7) with Bolt (#6) and Nylon Nut (#3).
7. Finally, install Handle I (#2) on Handle II (#5) with Bolt (#4) and Nylon Nut (#3).
MAINTENANCE

Maintain your Hard-Surface Trailer Dolly.
It is recommended that the general condition of any
Hard-Surface Trailer Dolly be examined before it is used. Keep your Hard-Surface Trailer Dolly in
good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance. If any abnormal
vibrations or noise occurs, have the problem corrected before further use. Have necessary
repairs made by qualified service personnel.
