7. Wire the ends of the satellite speaker wires to the Euroblock connector and ensure correct polarity (it is
standard to use red for positive and black for negative.) Using a flat-head screwdriver, tighten the screws to
secure the speaker cables to the connector.
8. If it was not already done, connect the PowerPack 725 subwoofer to the DA950-U by pressing its connector
into the bass channel audio output connector (6) on the amplifier.
9.
Optional:
Connect the DA950-U to other audio equipment (for example, another PowerPack 725 Powered
Subwoofer) using a standard category 5 cable with RJ45 connectors. See “Daisy-Chaining PowerPack 725
Powered Subwoofers” on page 11.
10. Power up the unit by connecting the power cord between a properly grounded wall outlet (AC 120V /60Hz MAX
1000W) and the power connector on the amplifier.
Daisy-Chaining PowerPack 725 Powered Subwoofers
The PowerPack 725 Powered Subwoofer provides daisy-chaining capability, enabling you to connect additional
PowerPack 725 systems to achieve increased sound coverage for large areas.
The following figure illustrates how to daisy-chain multiple PowerPack 725 Powered Subwoofers.

Caution:
Review your speaker circuit, and ensure that the resulting impedance is in the range
between 4 and 8 ohms. Values outside this range will result in either poor performance, or the
amplifier’s over-current and/or thermal protection to activate, preventing audio output.
