Summer Shed Assembly

2. Side Panels & Front

3. Assemble Roofing

1a. Lay down the floor on a level and durable foundation to 

take the weight of the shed and also keep a level ground to 

build shed on. Use a spirit level to get exact results.

1b. Place any side panel to the edge of the flooring section 

and then place the back section to fit perfectly in to the 

edge of the side section. Drill the 2 sections together once in 

place to make secure to each other. Do not drill to the floor 

section just yet.

1c. Check that the 2 panels are level upright and horizontally 

using a spirit level. Then place the 2nd side panel (See Pic 1c)

1d. Place side panels in 

position and secure to the 

side panels, again using 

50mm screws provided.

2a. When you have secured all of the 

side panels to the back panel. Attach 

the front door panel to the structure 

a shown on diagram 2a.

2b. Secure using screws or nails 

provided. Ensure the structure is 

suitably secured at all 4 corners and 

the panels are attached as shown.

Drill driver is best

used for securing

panels with the

screws provided.

3. Secure Panels to Floor

3a. When you have secured all the panels together 

now using the screws provided secure the panels to 

the shed floor to finalies the main structure.

3b. Double check that all areas are straight and there 

is no loose panels. It is important to make the 

structure as stable as possible by screwing into the 

sides and flooring.

4a. Now apply the roof felt as 

shown. Always apply at lowest 

point first to ensure correct overlap 

so rain water cannot run under the 

felt and cause any damage.

3b. Tack down the roof felt to 

structure and cut away any excess 

felt that is overhanging.

PLEASE NOTE:

Neatly cut and tuck felt 

under roof sides

Use hammer to 

tack in felt to place

as shown in diagram along

white dotted lines.

• Drill Driver

3a. Once all the panels are secured in place then 

attach the roof sections as shown in diagram 3a.

3b. Align the front and rear of the roof panels to 

sit perfectly between the end panels as shown on 

point 3b. The front lip of the roof should 

overhang the top of front as shown on 3b.

4. Apply Roof Felt
