Manual Scan (Manual Tuning)
The “Manual Scan” option allows you to
manually tune your receiver.
•
Follow the directions provided in the
Automatic Scan section to arrive at the
“Service Setup” menu (you will have to
re-enter the PIN exactly as indicated in
the Automatic Scan section).

Select “Manual Scan” and press [OK].
The receiver can be scanned manually by
changing the following settings:
Channel – sets the required UHF channel
and will automatically fill in the frequency.
Frequency – overrides the channel setting,
if selected, and sets the frequency in kHz.
Tx Mode – changes the transmission mode
between 2K and 8K.
Guard Interval – sets the guard interval. The
options are ¼, 1/8, 1/16 and 1/32.

Select the option of choice and use
the right and left navigation buttons to
change the values for scanning.
Select the “Scan” option and press the
right navigation button
