Opening the computer

Facing the front of the computer, locate the center of the top
display panel.

Gently raise the upper panel while holding the lower panel.

Adjust the displays to a comfortable viewing angle.

When opening or closing the computer, place one hand on the lower
panel to hold the computer in place and use the other hand to slowly
open or close the top panel.
To avoid damaging the display panels, do not force them beyond the
point where they move easily.
Small bright dots may appear on your displays when you
turn on your computer. Your displays contain an extremely large
number of thin-film transistors (TFT) and are manufactured using
high-precision technology. Any small bright dots that may appear
on your displays are an intrinsic characteristic of the TFT
