Removing an ACF components requires some
instruction, although a simple Spot Heater is
sufficient for this. Consider the process for
ACF removal and preparation.
Step 1 – Dismount ACF by spot heater at a
temperature of 130-140 degrees.
Step 2 – Smear ACF rework dissolvent around
the ACF with a cotton swab.
