Program 14-0 Overview
Assigns loop start Exchange lines to directly ring a designated ACD Group. Exchange lines
that are assigned to an ACD Group should also be assigned as a line group in

Exchange line can only be assigned to one ACD Group.

Agent telephones that should receive calls from lines assigned to an ACD
Group, should be assigned a
