3.10 CD-ROM Test
The CD-ROM test allows a user to aurally confirm the CD-ROM functions.
NOTE : A CD disc (including data file) must be inserted into the CD-ROM drive before this
test starts.
The CD-ROM test includes two subtests of the:
1. Random read/partial sequential read function
2. Sequential read function (for all surface)
Each item can be chosen by manual. When each test item finished, the CD-ROM tray will open. Check
whether the tray can open automatically.
NOTE : Press “ Esc ” key can skip the current subtest.
The screen should display as below, indicating whether the subtests pass or fail when finished.
