7. MODE SETTING BY ON SCREEN DISPLAY
Setting while monitoring the menu on the monitor screen is possible. The following seven
items can be set.

Electronic shutter (AUTO/MANUAL), backlight correction

Pedestal level

Phase matching in external synchronization (horizontal/subcarrier synchronization)

White balance, auto electronic shutter, AGC measurement area

White balance offset

Scene file factory setting
Press the FUNC button to display the menu. The
menu appears as shown on the right. Current set-
ting is displayed. Move the cursor to a desired item
by moving the cursor up or down using the UP and
DOWN buttons, and set an item by pressing the
FUNC button. To quit the menu, move the cursor to
END and press the FUNC button.
Notes:
• When setting is changed in the menu screen,
be sure to move the cursor to “END” and
press the FUNC button to turn off the menu.
New setting is stored in the camera.
• Don’t turn off the POWER switch before
turning off the menu. New setting is not
stored, and old data remains.
