•

 Improper LAN connection 

LAN depends on the quality of the environment and lines to which LAN is connected. Check the DVD player as 

well as network settings, cables, and connected devices. 

 

•

 Improper CONTROL pin connection 

Use a serial cross cable to connect the unit to a PC. 

 

Check the above. However, if the problem still remains, the main unit may be faulty.
