to the load weight.
1. When there's water in the tub, this function is not available;
2. Before pressing [Start/Hold] button, if the user selected the water level,
there will be no fuzzy weighing function;
3. After pressing [Start/Hold] button, the washing machine will run the
fuzzy weighing function.
