Using the DVD-ROM or CD-ROM drive

If the DVD-ROM drive is not currently installed in the SelectBay,
follow the instructions in “Swapping SelectBay modules” on
page 37.

HINT: Your DVD-ROM drive is designed to play Region 1
(North America) DVD-ROMs.

Using the DVD-ROM or CD-ROM drive

To insert a disc into the DVD-ROM or CD-ROM drive:

Make sure the activity light is off.

Locating the DVD or CD activity light

With the computer’s power on, locate and press the eject
button on the right side of the computer.

The disc drawer slides partially out of the drive (about one
inch).
