2. SELF DIAGNOSIS FUNCTION
1) Press "9" button on the remote control during display of adjustment menu in the service mode.
2) During diagnosis, the following displays are shown.

Part number of microprocessor (8 digits)
Operation number of protecting circuit ------"000" is normal .
When indication is other than "000", overcurrent is apt to flow, and circuit parts may possibly be dam-
aged.

SUB : Sub picture display --Green indication

*INITIALIZATION OF SELF DIAGNOSIS DATA
1) Enter the service mode, then select any register item.
2) Press and hold the RECALL button on the remote control, then press the CHANNEL up button on the TV. The
initialization has been completed.
