damage.

cause excessive resistance

There is an exclusion of warranty for damages caused for any of the following reasons.
Other malfunctions caused by noncompliance with warning or caution notices listed
in this manual.
No repair services will be offered for prouducts, which have been altered or disassem-
bled by the user in any way!

Malfunctions due to misuse (wrong battery polarity, wet conditions,
shocks).
Malfunctions due to improper assembly, or allteration, or use of improper
parts.
Malfunction caused during transport, by dropping tank or remote control, or
because of poor storaging conditions.
Malfunctions caused by use of improper batteries. Chassis or motor
damages caused by driving on surface which create excessive resistance.
Other malfunctions or damages not covered by our quality guarantee.
