6.3.3 Ending the trip

Tiller
1. Move the tiller to the neutral position.
2. Press the On/Off button for one second.
3. Remove the magnetic kill switch.
You can switch the motor off in any operating condition. The Cruise system switches
off automatically after one hour of inactivity.
After each use:
■
The motor must be taken out of the water.
■
In salt or brackish water, the motor must be flushed using fresh water.
6.4 Tilt buttons
CAUTION!
Danger of crushing if motor tilts.
Slight or moderately severe physical injuries may result.
■
When tilting the motor using the tilt switch, ensure that no-one is present in
the vicinity of the motor.
■
Do not reach into the mechanical parts when tilting the motor.
