Changing the Nozzle Filter
Note:
Determine the appropriate nozzle filter mesh
size that you need for your job; refer to
Nozzle-Tip Filter (Optional) (page 26)

1.
Park the machine on a level surface, engage the
parking brake, shut off the sprayer pump, shut
off the engine, and remove the key.
2.
Remove the nozzle from the spray turret (

Remove the old nozzle filter (
Note:
Discard the old filter.
4.
Install the new nozzle filter (
Note:
Ensure that the filter is fully seated.
5.
Install the nozzle onto the spray turret (
Adjusting the Booms to
Level
The following procedure can be used to adjust the
actuators on the center boom to keep the left and
right booms at level.
1.
Extend the booms to the spray position.
2.
Remove the cotter pin from the pivot pin (

Lift up on the boom and remove the pin (
), and slowly lower the boom to the ground.
4.
Inspect the pin for any damage, and replace it
if necessary.
5.
Use a wrench on the flat sides of the actuator
rod to immobilize it, then loosen the jam nut to
allow the eyelet rod to be adjusted (
