Cut off the existing roller supports 2.5 to 5.7 cm (1 to
2-1/4 inches) from the frame (Figure 3).
Important:
Ensure that the existing supports do
not obstruct the installation of the new supports.

Grind the cut edges smooth and paint the bare metal.

Drill out the ends of all cracks and grind the cracks to
allow for weld penetration.
7.
Fill the cracks by welding and grind the welds smooth.
8.
Paint the exposed, bare metal areas.
Installing the Kit
1.
Use clamps to secure a new roller support to the
bottom of the frame, against the frame rib and 20.4 cm
(8.04 inches) from the inside frame edge (front); refer
to Figure 4 and Figure 5.

Mark the center of each
hole.

Mark the center of each of the 4 holes.

Use clamps to secure the other new roller support to
the bottom of the frame, against the center frame rib
and 20.4 cm (8.04 inches) from the inside frame edge
(rear); refer to Figure 4 and Figure 5.

Mark the center of each of the 4 holes.
5.
Remove the roller supports and the clamps, and drill an
11 mm (7/16 inch) hole through the frame in each of
the marked areas from steps 1 and 2.
6.
Paint the drilled holes to prevent rust.
