Apply thread-locking compound (e.g., blue

) to the threads of the bolts (1/2 x 2-1/2
inches) and frame (

compound to the frame
threads.

Use 2 bolts (1/2 x 2-1/2 inches), 1 anti-rotation
washer, and 1 existing flat washer to secure the
handle assembly to the frame (
