Operation
Note:
Determine the left and right sides of the machine
from the normal operating position.
Checking the Engine-Oil Level
Service Interval:
Before each use or daily
Oil type:
API CD, CE, CF, CF-4, CG-4 or higher
Refer to the table below to determine the correct oil viscosity
for the ambient air temperature in which the machine is
operated:

Stop the machine on a level surface.
2.
Set the throttle to slow, press the red button for the
engine-shutoff switch, and wait for all moving parts
to stop.
3.
Clean around the dipstick (Figure 6) so that dirt cannot
fall into the filler hole and damage the engine.
