fuel to expand. Do not fill the fuel tank
completely full.

1. Maximum fuel level
4. For Models 60217, 60217C, 60221, 60221C:
Fill only to the bottom of the filter screen in the
fuel tank inlet.
5. Install the fuel cap securely ( Figure 27 ).
6. Wipe up any spilled fuel.

Starting the Engine
1. Ensure that the clutch lever is in the O
FF
position.
2. Move the fuel valve to the O
PEN
position, all the
way to the right ( Figure 29 ).
