2. At each hood pivot bracket ( Figure 54 ), remove
the rearmost flange-head capscrew (3/8 x 1-1/4
inches).

4. Assemble the slow moving vehicle mount to
the hood pivot bracket (
Figure 55 ) with the 2
flange-head capscrews (3/8 x 1-1/4 inches).
5. Torque the capscrews to 37 to 45 N∙m (27 to 33
ft-lb).
