5. Remove the filter from the fuel lines.
6. Install a new filter and move the hose clamps close to
the filter.
7. Open fuel-shutoff valve at the fuel tank ( Figure 35 ).
8. Check for fuel leaks and repair if needed.
9. Wipe up any spilled fuel.
Servicing the Fuel-Vent
System
Service Interval: Every 200 hours/Yearly (whichever comes
first)
1. Disengage the PTO and set the parking brake.
2. Stop the engine, remove the key, and wait for all moving
parts to stop before leaving the operating position.
3. Remove the existing fuel-vent filter ( Figure 37 ).
4. Install a new filter.
