pointer and the cutting height setting on the link rod
to set the lawn mower to the desired cutting height

Using the Grass Bag
Occasionally, you may want to use the grass bag for
bagging lush grass or collecting leaves.
Installing the Grass Bag
1. Stop the engine and wait for all moving parts to stop.
2. Open the rear door and hold it up.
3. Remove the recycler plug (Figure 19).

4. Hang the grass bag frame pins onto the hooks as
shown in Figure 20.

5. Release the rear door.
Mowing with the Grass Bag
A worn grass bag could allow debris to be
thrown and result in serious personal injury or
death to the operator or bystanders.
Check the grass bag frequently. If it is
damaged, install a new Toro replacement bag.
