Installing the Wiper Motor
Assemblies
Parts needed for this procedure:
1 Counsel mount
8 Large clip nut
8 Washer
6 Bolt (1/4–2 x 1 inch)
1 Roof support
4
Small clip nut
1 Roof counsel
4 Bolt (#10)
Procedure
1. Install the wiper motor ( Figure 15 ).

2. Install 6 large clip nuts onto the counsel mount
as shown in
Figure 16 .
3. Install the counsel mount onto the wiper mount
using 2 bolts (1/4–2 x 1 inch) and 2 washers
(
Figure 16 ).

4. Install the roof mount using 2 bolts (1/4–2 x 1
inch) (
Figure 17 ).
5. Install 2 large clip nuts on the roof mount as
shown in
Figure 17 .

6. Install the fuse and ground blocks ( Figure 18 ).

7. Install the roof trim seal into the top of the cab
frame (
Figure 19 ).
Note:
Install the tall edge of the trim seal to the
outside edge.
8. Use sealant to fill in any gaps ( Figure 19 ).
