Preparing the Machine

Procedure
1.
Park the machine on a level surface, engage the parking brake, lower the cutting units, shut off the
engine, and remove the key.
2.
Tip up the seat, open the hood, and remove the hood saddle (
).

If there are lights on the roll bar posts, remove the lights and mounting hardware from the roll bar posts
(
).
Note:
Retain the lights and hardware for installing the lights after completing this installation.
