INSTALLATION OF LAMINATE FLOORING
GUILLOTINE CUTTER:
Use two M8 allen screws (11) to join two parts of guil- 1.
lotine cutter base (10+14) (fig. 2).
Attach feet (13) to guillotine cutter base (10+14) with 2.
M6 hexagonal screws (15) (fig. 3).
Use knife axle (7) to install knife to the guillo- 3.
tine cutter base (fig. 4).
Attach assembled handle unit (4+2) to guillo- 4.
tine knife (6) using M6 cross-head screws (5) (fig. 5).
Attach handle (1) to the bar (2) using M4 5.
cross head screw with nut (3) (fig. 6).
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Laminate flooring guillotine cutter is a universal tool for
cross and lengthwise cutting of laminate flooring and
wall, wood-like boards, being a successful replacement
for electrical saws. Cutting is made without generating
noise or dust, what considerably improves comfort of
work.

OPERATION:
Crosswise cutting:
Draw a cutting line on a board.
Place the board along the knife cutting line, as close to
the knife edge as possible.
Slide the fence to the board and lock it in couple of holes
as close to the cutting knife edge as possible.
Press the board against the fence.
Prevent the board from leaning to the side during
making a cut by holding it up with included support
(8).
Bring the guillotine knife down slowly but firmly to cut
the board along the cutting line (fig. 7).
Lengthwise cutting is made like crosswise cutting, only
the fence position must be changed accordingly to
progress of the cut (fig. 8).
CAUTION!
Before using the tool make sure the laminate flooring
guillotine cutter is stable and firmly stands on the
ground and there are no loose screw joints.
Do not leave the guillotine cutter with the knife lifted.
Keep the guillotine cutter beyond reach of children.
Be careful when working, do not put your arms or legs
close to the guillotine knife.
When working use personal protection measures
(goggles, gloves).
Do not stand on the guillotine.
Do not use extensions for handle.
Do not use the tool for cutting material other than
boards.
