3-3-2 How to operate the tool PCB
In each tool mode, the following operations can be done without changing the DIP SW: Motor drive test,
each window drive (only S1, S2, S3, C1, C2, AX and RPCC) zero detection test, correction of zero detection
position and counting the backlash quantity (only RP1, RP2 and CA).
1. Motor drive test
Press SW11 and release it : Stop
→
Clockwise drive, Clockwise drive
→
Stop
Press SW5 and release it : Stop
→
Counterclockwise drive, Counterclockwise drive
→
Stop
2. Zero
detection
test
• S1, S2, S3, C1, C2, AX and RPCC
Press SW1 and release it : Product zero detection ( Window is opened. + Correction value)
Press SW7 and release it : Tool zero detection ( Correction value)
• RP1, RP2 and CA
Press SW1 and release it : Product zero detection ( Correction value)
3. Each window drive (only S1, S2, S3, C1, C2, AX and RPCC)
Press SW8 and release it : Windows are driven one by one.
* Before performing this operation, carry out the product zero detection once at least.
4. Correction of zero detection position
Press SW10 and release it
: 1 pulse is corrected in clockwise direction.
Press SW6 and release it
: 1 pulse is corrected in counterclockwise direction.
Press SW4 as pressing SW12 : The zero detection correction value is written in EEPROM.
5. Counting the backlash quantity (only RP1, RP2 and CA)
Press SW2 and release it
: The backlash quantity is counted in the increasing direction.
Press SW3 and release it
: The backlash quantity is counted in the decreasing direction.
Press SW8 and release it
: Clears the backlash quantity to “0”.
Press SW12 as pressing SW4 : The backlash quantity is written in EEPORM.
6. To exit from each tool mode (for each motor)
Press SW9 and release it.
Caution: Special tools are necessary for the zero detection correction of PD and each lens.
For the zero detection correction of others except the above, the special lens meter tool is necessary
and so it must be done in the factory. Handle the instrument carefully.
