Never wrap the welding leads around your body.
CONSUMABLES
Consumables have a limited lifetime and it is important to monitor their condition and to know when to replace them.
Visually : consumables melted or damaged, diameter of the holes inside the diffusers over 1.5mm, used electrodes,
melted pads…
Practically : poor cutting, difficulty to start the arc…
Do not leave consumables in the environment.
SHROUD
Tighten the shroud in order to ensure that all parts are locked in place. The diffuser must not be able to spin easily.
GAS
Use compressed air with oil and water filtered.
