ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drain oil from clutch housing.
2. Remove converter cover, rear converter and clutch housing cover.
3. Remove the clutch unit.
Warning: refi t the clutch unit in the same position, making a few
reference points for crankshaft alignment before removal.
4. Remove the circlip (1).
5. Remove the Belleville washer stop plate (2).
Warning: Refi tting the stop plate in the original position is
fundamental: marking a few reference points for clutch housing
alignment before removal will be of great help.
6. Remove the Belleville washer (3).
7. Remove the spring pusher plate (4) and complete plate pack.
8. Remove spiral springs (9).
9. Fit new spiral springs (9) in the kit on lower clutch spring holder
(10).
10. Lubricate clutch plates with engine oil.

Note:
since it is diffi cult to replace the clutch, it is recommended
that the installation is carried out by specialised personnel. Some
specifi c tools might be required, in this case please refer to your vehicle
“service manual”.
