• The product is only intended for use in dry indoor locations. No part of the product
should become damp or wet; never handle it if your hands are wet!
• Do not immerse any of the product’s parts in water.
• Do not use the product with any materials that develop harmful vapours when
heated.
• To power the device, only a power supply unit or a power bank with USB output
and corresponding load capacity (min.1 A) may be used.
• Parts of the product become very hot. Do not touch any of the heated elements
during operation (e.g. the tips of engravers or the cutting wire). Careless handling
may cause burns.
• Do not place the device upon or leaning against any objects until the attachment
you have used has completely cooled down.
• When hot, place the product in a storage rack on a non-combustible, fire-resistant
surface.
• When not in use the product must be switched off and disconnected from the
power supply.
• Change the product’s attachment tools only when they have cooled down.
• The changeable attachments and cutting wire are sharp instruments. This can
lead to injuries, in particular during change-over of attachments. Handle these
components with care.
• Always work at a workplace with a heat-resistant surface.
• Keep your workplace tidy and orderly. Do not leave any highly combustible and
flammable materials lying around when you are working.
• Only use the cutting wire included in the delivery or an identically constructed
replacement. Otherwise, the power supply could be damaged due to overloading.
• The product is intended only for private use and not for commercial purposes.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong vibrations
and combustible gases, vapours and solvents.
• Never expose the product to mechanical stress.
• If safe operation is no longer possible, take the device out of service and secure
it against unintended use. Safe operation is no longer possible, if the product:
- shows visible damage,
- no longer functions properly,
- has been stored under adverse ambient conditions for an extended period of
time or
- has been exposed to considerable strain during transport.
• Please handle the product with care. It can be damaged by impact, blows, or by
being dropped, even from a low height.
• Also observe the safety instructions and operating instructions of the device to
which the product is connected for power supply.
• If you have doubts about how the equipment should be operated or how to safely
connect it, consult a trained technician.
• Maintenance, adjustment and repair work should only be carried out by an expert
or a specialised workshop.
• If you have any questions that are not answered in these operating instructions,
please contact our technical customer service or other professionals.
• Do not leave the packaging material carelessly lying around, since it could be-

Intended use
The product is designed for hot cutting and further hot working, such as for engraving Sty-
ropor
®
, foams, etc. in the private sector. The vapours generated during work with the materials
must be removed with a suction device when working in closed spaces. PVC and PVC-coated
materials must not be worked on with the cutter , due to the harmful vapours produced during
the cutting process.
To power the device, only a power supply unit or a power bank with USB output and corre-
sponding load capacity may be used.
The product may only be used in enclosed indoor locations; no outdoor use is permitted. Do not
expose to moisture, under any circumstances.
For safety and approval reasons, you may not convert and/or alter the product in any way. If
you use the product for other purposes than those described above, the product may be dam-
aged. Furthermore, improper use may cause hazards such as short-circuits, fire, etc. Please
read the operating instructions carefully and do not discard them. Please include these operat-
ing instructions when you pass the product on to a third party.
