8. TIGHTENING TORQUE 

１．Adjustment of tightening torque 

■Graduations of the torque setting dial are just a guidance. 
For more precise tightening, use dial type TORQUE WRENCH to adjust torque 

setting dial.   

 

 

 
 
 

Adjust torque setting dial to 
target torque. 

Tightening 

torque is in the 

range of target

Torque setting completed. 

Start tightening operation.

Check tightening torque is in the

Operate  torque  setting  dial  while  the

Do  not  re-tight  the  bolt/nut  once 
tightening is completed.
