SOLUTION 

Check the power cable connections (including wall 
socket). 

Check the batteries have adequate charge and are 
correctly installed. 

Check the power cable connections (including wall 
socket). 

Switch the Nightlight OFF by pressing the 

 

button 

then reactivate the Baby Unit’s main function by 
pressing the   button. 

 

 

Move the Parent Unit at least 10m / 30ft away from 
the Baby Unit.

 

  

Lower the volume of the Parent Unit.

Ensure both units are adequately powered. 

Bring both units closer together and repeat the 

 

‘Set-Up’ instructions.  

Power the unit via the mains using the 

 

adaptors supplied.  

 

 

Replace the batteries. 

Increase Parent Unit volume.

Move units closer. 

Refer to Sound Activated Monitoring within this 
instruction booklet.  

Bring the units closer together avoiding enviromental 
obstructions that maybe reducing your range.

Power the unit via the mains using the adaptors 
supplied. Replace the Parent Unit batteries.
